Our Story
An innovative member developed Connect Software, leading to the creation of SPConnect. SPConnect is a cloud-based sales software designed for the commercial HVAC service industry.
To further our commitment to the industry, SPConnect and SPAcademy were made available beyond our member network, culminating in the formation of Service Professionals.

SPGroup was established as an exclusive membership network providing tools, resources, training & networking.
In partnership with our members, we developed SPAcademy, a Department-of-Labor-approved technician training platform and assessment-based continuing education for experienced technicians.
Recognizing the growing need for industry-wide advancement, we launched SPEnterprise to collaborate with regional and national organizations. Our mission is to help these organizations establish their own peer groups and in-house training programs, driving the elevation of the HVAC industry as a whole.
